A Few of My Favorite Things: A Presentation by Donna Lee

The Falmouth Historical Society and Falmouth Memorial Library invite you to a presentation by one of the town’s own treasures, Donna Lee.  Over the years, Donna Lee has made many contributions to both the state of Maine and the town of Falmouth. 

A retired  teacher, she taught traditional elementary school students as well as special education students.  She used her expertise to travel the state to train teachers about the various learning styles of children with a focus on what kids can do versus what they can’t do. 

For the last 25 years, Donna has been an active member of the Falmouth Lions Club, helping in particular with the ever-popular auction which raises over $20,000 annually for selected charities and groups the club supports.

In her presentation, A Few of My Favorite Things, Donna will share some of her memories of students from the various districts in which she taught during her 25-year career in education.
